Sprouting seed Sunflower. These produce a wealth of nutrients including phosphorus, calcium and magnesium. Distinctive juicy flavour. Sprouts are ready when hulls fall from the seed.
Quantity:
Sprinkle evenly on the growing medium and mist. Place in polythene bag on windowsill and mist twice daily. When germination starts remove from bag and place back on windowsill. Germination 15-20 days.
