Good texture, colour and flavour in this variety. a virtualy coreless carrot.
Planting and sowing instructions
Sow March to July. Harvest July to October. Sow under cloches in March, or outdoors from April to July. Direct sow outdoors in a weed free sunny position. In fertile light well drained soil. Seed beds are best started off in Autumn. Sow thinly at a depth of 1cm in drill 30cm apart. Thin out to 5cm apart. Carrots grow well in containers.
